Tampa, Florida - Saturday, February 6, 2010
The temperature was much more reminiscent of a late Fall day north of the US/Canada border!
The image of people huddled around outdoor heaters wearing leather jackets and gloves was also surprising for visitors to Tampa, Florida this weekend! We all thought “Sunshine, beaches, sandals and suntan lotion! We came here for 88 - 90 degree temperature not 63 degrees!”
It did not matter what the temperature was though, EVER-G brought on the HEAT!!!
The crowd warmed up nicely when EVER-G appeared on the stage and complemented Iyata Christi’s Spoken Word piece with a medley of Bob Marley tunes, sung between her sentences!

You could feel the heat when EVER-G took over the stage and belted out his original tune “LIFE”, from the CD INDEPENDENCE. The videographer had to move his equipment with all the bodies jamming to the song in front of him!
DJ Angie B, the host of the KARIBBYAN KRUZE Music Festival/Bob Marley Tribute event (WMNF 88.5 FM) was so impressed by EVER-G she asked him back - while still on stage – to be one of the closing acts!
EVER-G came back, amid a rousing round of applause, and rocked the house again with a medley of songs, which included the title song “MISSION" from his CD MISSION!!!
What a blessing!!
